Ordered approximately $7,000 worth of high-end backsplash tiles for our new kitchen. We inspected each box of tiles upon arrival via FedEx. There was approximately $1,000 worth of damage to tiles due to inadequate packing and/or the transportation and handling. The tiles were rejected upon arrival and returned. The company made the damage right by re-sending new, better-packed tiles. Their tile product is outstanding and their E-mail communication is very good. We do not like this or any company's restocking fees. Overall, the company stood behind its product.
