the order process was easy, but I got multiple e-mails on the shipping and that whole process was very confusing. The tiles came in 2 shipments. The second shipment tiles did not exactly match those of the first shipment, although it was the same tile and all part of the same order. It is close, and will work as I will use those tiles for the separate backsplash rather than the pan of the shower
