For a first time order, I’m happy with them! Tile came in a timely manner and was not damaged! My only negative is the shipping costs. I think it’s excessive for small orders and high for large. I’ll have a difficult time ordering again, especially when the shipping is more than the product! I only ordered this time because I absolutely loved what I purchased. They have a great selection but for a small business like mine, high shipping costs can make or break a deal when trying to stay on budget!
