Promptness to me best describes Tile Club. Starting with my original order to the delivery. Prompt. Unfortunately, the bottom box of tiles (2 tiles/box) of the pallet was cracked(tiles were 2’ X 4’) even though the pallet was very well packaged. I sent pics with the email and once again Tile Club very promptly replaced them! Well done Tile Club!
For those of you doubting that I am real or that I am a fake reviewer please note that I am part Cro-Magnon and we do not lie.
Ps- we love the tile!
