What excellent service! I made a mistake on my order and needed to cancel. There was a FREE number to call, I got through to a REAL person who was so helpful even though I was cancelling. He was kind enough to contact the suppliers and stop the delivery and within 10 minutes a notification came through to say cancelled and refund processed!! That’s how to do business. Thank you,. Will reorder the correct item now.
