Patrick was extremely patient and helpful in ensuring I order the correct tiles and underfloor heat pad. He also checked with the suppliers with regard to thickness etc.
When, we experienced delivery issues, Patrick took it upon himself to put alternatives in place ensuring they were delivered on time for our tiler to lay.
