Tiles arrived promptly and were very well packaged on a pallet. Not fitted yet but all look to be in excellent condition. Patrick kept us informed throughout and was very helpful when I phoned him,answering straight away. All in all this seems a top notch company and their prices cannot be beaten 10/10
