Hi, I thought the process from ordering to delivery was amazing, the packaging was also amazing but the actual product really wasn’t great. When I took the box of tiles out of the packaging, the tile box was already damaged so something must’ve happened prior to packaging. 3 our of the 8 tiles have got cracks on them, 2 of them had hairline fractures. I have managed to do the work I needed to do to the best of my ability, but not happy with the actual product
