I ordered what I thought was primer from Tilers World and they called me to say they only had 2 litres not 3 in stock. They then worked out I'd ordered the wrong stuff, figured out what I needed and gave me lots of invaluable advice about floor prep and moisture content and got my order to me on time. Brilliant customer service!
