I arrived at a situation where i needed tiles yesterday due to a problem with the previous tiles I had planned on. Tilers-world to the rescue. I telephoned and found them really helpful. They also talked me through the online ordering system and stayed on the line while I sorted my order to ensure delivery ASAP. Their delivery charging system wasn’t the easiest to understand but they talked me through it. Order made and tiles arrived the following AM. Really pleased with both the ordering process and the tiles. Only downside is that the delivery driver couldn’t remove the pallet he brought the tiles in on, so this is now parked outside my house until I can find someone to help me lift it elsewhere.
