To be honest i never spoke to Tracy when booking my mrs did and said she was a lovely lady. When I got to the course it turned out Tracy and Darren were 2 lovely people. I travelled down from Newcastle to do the 5 day course and i learnt so much, not just about tiling but about running a business. I wish I could have done the 2 week course but obligations at work ment I couldnt. I only finished the course 2 days ago and Ive already been on to Darren regarding a business plan and he got straight back to me. I cant recommended the course highly enough. Thanks.
