I ordered a vehicle in February and as of yet still not taken delivery.
The customer service is absolutely terrible! Every time I contact by either email or by phone I do not get a straight answer, if I even get an answer at all.
They had no problem taking the processing fee on the day the vehicle was ordered in Feb but have done little to reassure me the vehicle is even coming at all.
