Ordered and paid, money taken straight out bank. Didnt recieve order confirmation. Delivery is quoted between 3-5 days.
A week later heard nothing..emailed with no response. They belong to the PS Petcare group so telephoned them through that website...telephone never picked up.
Had to get a refund through Paypal as my order 8 days later had not been despatched.
