Rubbish! Placed an order of dog food. I received a dispatch note from
Yodel. So was waiting patiently for a week. Nothing arrived, so I sent an email asking where my package was. The reply I got was a less than caring apology that my item was out of stock and discontinued! So do I want a completely different product or a refund? They only informed me that they have taken my money for an out of stock product because I chased them up! Still awaiting my refund. Don’t bother with this unprofessional company
