Be very aware that communication about price increases and end of contact is done by webmail not email. I missed this and have now discoverd that I incurred an increase of £40 a month since November 2017. A new contract with them will be about £45 and I am claiming £525 in over payments - in vain I suspect. I am switching to a new provider with an all inclusive chargre of about £30 per month.
