This service is awful! I ordered my product and paid on July 29th 2018. On August 3rd, I received an email saying it is completed packed and ready to be shipped. I was supposed to receive the items at the latest on August 10th, when the package didn't arrived I looked at the tracking information, the company did not even get the package to the shipper till August 8th. The new estimated delivery was August 10th-August 14th. Today is August 20th and still no package. It has been 10 days since the originial (expected latest delivery date from purchase). I contacted the seller via email (because they do not answer phone calls and messages- I know because I called) it took them a few days to respond and all they sent in reply was an automated email with the tracking number again . This tracking number has been no help the package has been in Georgia and Tennessee for the last week when I look at the information. I am disputing this product with Paypal (since I used PayPal to purchase). Very upset, items already labeled. Want refund!! Will NEVER order from this company again. Awful customer service! Well to be correct ABSOLUTELY NO customer service!!!
