I ordered the Name Puzzle and think it is a great product. The felt sleeve is a nice touch and overall the quality is great. However the name was not horizontally centered correctly, which kind of takes away from the precision. Letters like 'y' and 'j' will make the name misaligned vertically as well so I had to use a Capital "Y" for the last letter.
Delivery
It took more than 3 weeks, but I understand delivery is a hassle in times like these so I think I'm satisified here. Customer service was extremely good and prompt.
