Ordering and payiing through the website was very easy. The delivery process was very transparent (tracking info gets provided and the timeframe of arrival was fairly short). The fabric itself was nicely packaged and even had an additional little fabric sample attached, which added a nice touch! You can tell this company cares about their customers.
