I am so disappointed that the sample pack I ordered from you took 12 days to arrive. The samples are very interesting and would be exactly what I need for my project, but if this is any indication of your delivery time then my business CAN NOT survive such long and unreliable lead times. I appreciate that delivery is subcontracted, but your choice of supplier is not helping you. FedEx in our experience are un reliable and a poor supplier. In this case on the tracking FedEx listed that they attempted to deliver to our address on 13th May which was a lie (a day we were in all day as we work from that address). The tracking then said that it will be delivered to a depot point 60m from my door on Tuesday 14th. It was NOT UNTIL FRIDAY 17th MAY before I got a pick up notification. Due to this shockingly poor service, I sadly will have to find a supplier here in France despite your company producing exactly what I need.
