This could have been a five if ,when it was delivered had all the parts. Your service department did all they could to help but not all pieces were in stock. Not they’re fault but I still have to wait. Seems to be heavy duty as described, unfortunately I wasn’t able to try it out. So far it has been a very good company to do business with.
