Starting out I was overcharged and it took several emails to get that straighten out. The shipping took only 3 days to get, but both of my attachments were damaged and now it is a hassle to get them replaced. I have to send the first set back before the new ones get sent. The boxes that the attachments came in were mangled and torn up, so now I have to try to make it work or go buy boxes to ship the items back. They couldn't just send me the new ones first so I can reuse those boxes to ship the damaged ones back in. Customer service is ok, but not the easiest to work with.
