I called to make known I received the wrong quick disconnect adapters. The receptionist had little to no knowledge of the parts. she transferred me to another agent. He too had very little understanding. I was on-the-line waiting for 40 minutes. Nothing was resolved and I was not given the opportunity to speak to a parts specialist. I was then told very little as to my next step to receive the parts or some form of refund. I was told I would receive a phone call or an email later. Neither of what I have received. This means I will be calling back and be expecting to speak with a supervisor. That is someone who will be able to understand and communicate a resolution to this problem. In the local shop, these parts are about 60 to 100.00 each. Plus I would have to travel 90 minutes round trip to purchase them. Not so happy. The only reason your customer service received a 2 is be cause he apologized for the inconvenience. Not too happy at all.
