Fast response, but shipping was an issue. The item was not shipped so as to be delivered with a lift truck in the last 45 miles of the delivery. FedEx couldn't get it to me without an additional shipping charge. I was therefore required to trailer over to the depot to pick it up and have it loaded on my trailer. I spend several hours doing this. Titan's folks were helpful, but what a pain! Free shipping isn't always free....
