this go round with Titan wasn't very good, I order a bolt on hose hanger, and some Titan physical fitness item arrived, and I don't know what it is. I called and the girl said I would get a refund, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the hose hanger, but I was informed all she could do is a refund, I said OK, and she said she will send a ticket to have the wrong item picked up, and I informed her it would still be in the beat up box it was delivered in
