My order was several days late because of packing and shipping. There were delays because the shipping label was unreadable and had to be replaced twice in transit. The product was heavy and was packed in a flimsy box with very little packing material. There were no markings indicating it was a heavy box and there was one strip of tape securing the box flaps. The hardware bag was torn open and only 5 of the 8 bolts was in the box with 7 of the 8 nuts. The box was halfway open which is probably the reason for lose of product. Very disappointed in your shipping department.
