My only "complaint" was with my account info on the website... It was repeated "temporarily down" whenever I would access it to check the status of the single backordered item.
I wrote CS and was told it would be fixed... It was never fixed over the course of 3 weeks.... It repeated failed to update my info.
Items ordered were great....
