Product looks good , however it was damaged in shipment partially due to a poorly designed shipping container that had bolts that weren’t tightened and no provisions for fork pockets. There are scratches in the paint and one of the parking stands looks tweaked a little bit. I have never been real impressed with UPS as far as gentle handling either. The switch box that controls the angle movement must have got snagged and ripped off at some point during the shipping process and your parts department has none so I am kind of dead in the water on a time sensitive job that I wanted to get done. Also it came without any instruction manual or parts information. I don’t know if that got lost in shipping or if there just isn’t any. I’m not real sure what the intention of the chain and spring are. I could see using one or the other but I’m not sure how you would use both
