Ordered a Cat 1-2 boom pole which was delivered, strapped loosely to a pallet only. One of the two lift pins was missing which I chose to have noted on the shipping invoice instead of refusing the delivery and sending the large freight item back. I contacted Titan Customer Service only to be told that the lift pins dont show up with a separate item number as part of the boom pole, and a note would have to be sent to the shipping department "to see if anything could be done". Seriously?! Titan would prefer customers to refuse shipment and cost them an additional $200+ in freight shipping for a $20 pin? That doesnt seem like good business sense to me. On top of that, I have a 100lb paper weight that I cannot use unless I have both pins, and Titan doesnt seem to be in any hurry to correct this. I have been very impressed with Titan products, but am very dissapointed with their recent customer service. Time will tell if Titan makes this right.
