I ordered the first attachment and it was shipped out with zero packing/ box/pallet, nothing but the attachment. When I received it there was missing hardware. I called your customer support line and explained to the phone person that the hardware was missing. He checked inventory and said the hardware is on back order and there would be a delay in getting the missing items. Never mind that this is a brand new item !!! I said that was unacceptable. It took about another 15-20 minutes to get authorization for a replacement attachment. I received the second attachment a few days later a bit scratched up but at least it had all the hardware on this item. You could have avoided a lot of expense and goofing around if you would have done a better job sending the first item if you would have packed/secured/ the attachment in the first place
