Products were great both aerator and pallet forks. Communication needs work. Promised an email when shipped didn’t happen. Multiple emails and calls to find out there was an exception in transit so reached me 10 days late. Had to pick up at terminal as no lift gate truck and no tractor trailers allowed on road even though I see them all the time. Would have been nice to know before hand. All in all will still purchase more from you in future.
