You asked, "how did we do?". I'll tell you how you did. You just lost a current and future customer. Your lack of quality control allowed a defective unit to be shipped to the customer. The customer agreed to repair the unit if the company send replacement parts for the defective ones. Customer service responded with "those parts aren't in our database". Shipping back the unit and receiving another is NOT an option. The packaging on the item originally was ripped to shreds at delivery. Time to move my business to another company.
