After over 2 weeks from the original order, I finally got all of the piece parts for the pallet fork assembly I ordered. Three days after submitting the order a single pallet fork was delivered. The following day the mounting plate was delivered. It turned out that the 2x forks and mounting plate were all shipped at different times. I had to reach out multiple times to determine where my missing fork was. Finally, another order was created to ship my missing fork. I now have a complete assembly. Looking at the tracking information, each piece was picked up at a different time by the shipper. I would have thought they would have been required to be picked up at the same time given it was an assembly. No attempts to rectify this effort on my behalf were made to compensate for my time tracking my various shipments and loss of piece part.
