BEWARE of this compmany. Customer service is THE WORST I have ever dealt with (and I am not young). Repeated e-mails/calls about a warranty claim, NO ONE responds. Same run-around. The CEO's mission statement is a pure lie, and he (Austin Speck) is ONLY interested in profit.
You have been warned. I have boatloads of documentation to back up my claim. I'd trust my daughter with Casey Anthony before I'd do business with this company again.
