The first pallet fork frame arrived bent. The customer Service rep. quickly prepared a return shipping label to return it. He then set up and shipped a new one. That was excellent service. I have not used it yet but it looks like it will work fine. I was not real happy about the paint being chipped off all over it. I will buy some paint and paint it back. Other than that everything looks great.
