The item arrived with the steel frame it was enclosed in all bent out of shape and the paint on the auger arm and support was scratched in several places. I can only hope that the auger is intact
and there is no structural damage after this rough treatment in shipping. The trucker that brought the auger was helpful and professional but somewhere along the way, all your great work was nearly ruined.
