The orginal order went fine. Afterward, a set of pallet forks [like I ordered but only forks] showed up. I contacted Titan and told them about the strange arrival. They asked me to package them and take them to FedEx about 20 miles away. I declined and they arranged for a pickup. I felt like I inconvenienced them and basically was not appreciated for notifying them of the mistake.
