I love Titan Attachments they are built tough and fit just ad advertised. This my second piece and i will buy more. The only frustration i have at all is the folks answrring the phone sales. It used to be a Person from Tennessee. Very warm and welcoming and excellent service. Now i believe they are using a foriegn service for phone sales and i had to call three times to find out why my check wasn't posted to my account. My grapple bucket was put on hold until it was posted which is understandable and check was to them in three days. It took two weeks after and me calling multiple times to get my product off hold and shipped. So i think they should go back to loval Customer support. Otherwise excellent products.
