The shipper managed to mangle the protective packing. However, this is a completely expected result from FedEx. They also managed to tweak the feed shoot which made assembly problematic. For some reason the quick attach plate was upside down on the implement. I have no idea why and I suppose that will remain a mystery of the universe because there is zero product documentation. Being a product of China, I checked all bolt torque values on moving parts and found wildly inconsistent values. Not a good thing with a big rotating mass spinning at hi rpms. Note that I factored all above in my initial purchase decision. Product was tested and works as advertised after~30 minutes of testing with various branch sizes. In fact product performance exceedes expectations at this point. Fit and fish was as expected for the price. If the product continues to perform it will be considered a good value.
