I received the spreader on time, but the gearbox axel was sticking 3 or 4 inches out of the side of the box. It does not appear damaged, but must have been loose in the box. Also, I received no instruction manual. I was directed to the website. Is this normal? I don't know if all parts are here because no written material to check against.
