Would have cancelled the order based on the lack of , and inaccurate information regarding shipping. Don't blame the youngsters answering the phone, the problem is mismanagement and complete disconnect between ordering and shipping. the difference in our time zone saved Titan by 1/2 hour. I would have cancelled the order if you would not have closed 1/2 hour earlier than my time zone. Good product- unacceptable communication issues. If you sincerely care about customer service, call me for details concerning my negative experience. In completing the remainder of this survey, it's apparently a poor judge of inadequacies. You have a good product, but terrible and wrong information concerning delivery. My order had been picked up and on its way and I was told its ready for shipment and waiting for Fedex pickup. 100% wrong information and was very critical information at that time. Unacceptable.
