You need a phone line that connects your customers to the people that are handling the orders. When I or anyone calls they get someone that has no idea what is going on. I was told it would be LtL then got a email saying it was fedx home delivery. Then it showed up as LtL frieght. There are different address and requirements for home delivery or LtL frieght. And why do you send everything as a single peace when they go together. This causes problems. I have had peace lost in the past from you and could not reach anyone to do anything about it. The only reason I still do business with you is cause your cheap.
