Received defective & used parts. Hooks were on sale but I was charged regular price !
Customer service rep said he would pick up next day !!! That was not done & now requesting I send pictures.
At this point now just issue a refund & I will purchase items from another dealer .
TOTALLY FRUSTRATED !!!
