Titan Representatives were very helpful throughout the sales process and the product appears to be as described. However, delivery was a month long process. After several phone calls, it was scheduled for delivery with a no show. This happened three times. Stayed home all day waiting to unload it. Very frustrating. Finally got a phone number to speak directly with the shipper and worked out a definite date. Happy so far with the product but there was a month of wondering if it even existed.
