Staff that I’ve spoke with are amazing. From order to delivery was just two days. Exemplary. However I had changed my mind and changed the mower I wanted to order. I actually called before my original order was shipped. It was shipped anyway and then I was told I would have to wait until it made it back to their warehouse and the it would take 5-7 days after that to get my refund. The shipping of the piece was Titan’s fault but it my money they’re holding on to. We’re 9day from when I cancel the original order and placed the second order and I still have receive a refund. Careful if you want to cancel or return anything. Made what I thought a great company to appear shady to me.
