This is the worst service I have ever had with ordering equipment. i had a simple question about the attachment & I'm told I have to send an email & can't talk to anyone. TITAN SHOULD ALSO LOOK AT HIRING SOME AMERICAN (ENGLISH) PEOPLE THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ON THE PHONE.
