Titan company is great! Very good customer service, quick shipping, and great prices. The shipping service is what made me rethink getting any more products from titan. The company called me to tell me a date which was fine. I explained that my driveway was big enough for them to turn in explained where to put it and they had no issues. The driver on the other hand called 10 minutes out which fine. But then proceeded to yell and say he shouldn't have been on the road because it was posted and he refused to bring it any farther than the mailbox. It was still in the road... it isn't my fault that their communication in there own company is bad. And they should have known if the road was posted. I had explained to them if they couldn't deliver to where I wanted I had a second site to deliver and they assured me the first site was fine, which the driver was upset about.
