Multiple issues with items being incorrect or damaged during shipment. Pallet fork attachment damaged, contacted Titan in regards obtained return label for shipping, the damaged item was returned to me and not Titan. Waiting on the new replacement item to be delivered and will return the damaged item to Titan upon receipt. The Delivery company is less than desirable for mishandling of the product. Titan customer service reps are excellent.
