I have to wait about a month after I placed my order until the shipping day. A day or 2 after the shipping day I called to find out about my order and I was told the part was in back order and there was no information when it would be arriving. I was told they did not know if they would get the product at all. I was seconds away to cancel my order but decided to wait a few days. The following day I received a notification my order was ready to ship. Not sure why there is a disconnect between customer service and actual inventory. Titan attachments must improve on this aspect.
