I ordered pallet forks for my tractor. To my surprise it was shipped via common carrier as individual components. This meant multiple deliveries which could have been circumvented by palletizing the shipment. Since these parts are heavy and were unprotected in shipment (no protection or packaging was used), the finish of the painted parts was badly damaged. It was clear to me that Titan Attachments did not care enough about their customer to spend the time of the money to protect my order. While I understand that these components will see some paint damage in use, I found it very disrespectful to supply new equipment in a damaged state to a customer. I could not get away with that in my business. It bothered me enough that I called their customer service to request touchup paint. They in turn requested pictures of the paint damage that I supplied. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I have not heard a word from Titan Attachments. Common man! You send equipment to your clients unprotected and you are surprised that there is freight damage? I have placed 2 orders with this company, and likely will not in the future. Like Forrest Gump said, “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get!”
