You fucked up repeatedly and I called back and asked to speak toa manager. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.
You were supposed to replace my 49" hay spear. You sent the wrong spear. The end was to small and the frame for the spear could not hold it.
I called again and describe what happened and what was shipped to me .
You sent a new hay spear !!!!!!!!! This one had the right end on it BUT !!!!! IT WAS A 30 SOMETHING INCH SPEAR AND NOT THE 49" SPEAR.
So after 3 tries I still do not have the right spear and no one has called me back !!!!!!
